Togarashi can have different combinations of spices depending on the area or prefecture. Our version contains: sesame seeds, Szechuan peppercorns, nori (seaweed), orange peel granules, cayenne pepper, chili de Arbol, sesame seed black, and ginger.
Often used to add a “spicy, crunchy kick” to vegetables, noodle soups and even french fries. Can be used in soups and sushi.
